Inability to pay for Home Care

Remember: you will not be refused HACC support if you can’t pay.  You will receive the same standard of care regardless of your ability to pay fees.  

If you are experiencing difficulties you will be asked to fill out a Confidential Client Fee Reduction Form and identify the fees that you can afford.

A family member or a Service Provider can help you to complete the form and if you need further information you can phone the Aged Care Gateway on 1800 200 422 which is free when calling from a landline.
