Lansdowne Gardens incorporates a state-of-the-art residential aged care residence within three significant heritage buildings on Manns Avenue and a modern boutique residence on Wycombe Road. Our luxurious private suites feature spacious ensuite bathrooms and gracious sitting areas. Many suites also include kitchenettes plus private garden courtyards or verandahs. There is a selection of special suites for couples, relatives or friends to share and each suite is spacious, light-filled and stylishly appointed, with exclusive furnishings. Many of the suites are afforded spectacular views of Sydney Harbour.

Lansdowne Gardens provides residents with a choice of beautifully appointed lounge areas and dining rooms. Residents have the opportunity to relax in one of the beautifully landscaped courtyards; read the newspaper or enjoy one of the wonderful books or magazines in our library.

Our manicured gardens with elegant walking paths provide the perfect place for a leisurely stroll and the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent views of Sydney Harbour. Residents can stroll to The Green, a central place to meet up with family and friends for coffee and take in the sensational Sydney Harbour views or relax in the shade of the verandah. Residents can also meet family and friends in one of our function areas or watch a favourite movie in the privacy of their own suite.

For the convenience and enjoyment of our residents, there is a beauty salon and hairdresser onsite. To ensure the holistic wellbeing and health of our residents, a hydrotherapy pool/spa, gymnasium and exercise facilities are also located within our state-of-the-art Wellness Centre.
