Located in Northmead and set amongst landscaped gardens, Constitution Hill Aged Care has been purpose-built to offer you a comfortable lifestyle at whatever pace you choose. 

Our selection of companion rooms and private rooms have been designed to support your comfort and independence, with our expert staff on-hand to respond when you need them. Your room offers you a place to relax, have your own space, add your personal touch and host visitors. All rooms offer direct garden access or a view of the lovely bushland surrounds.
