The ‘Aveo Rocks Summer Tour’ is currently touring over 20 villages around Australia, giving residents and members of the public the chance to shake it to their favourite songs from the 50’s and 60’s.

Featuring local tribute bands including The Cadillacs, The Recycled Teenagers, and The Vincents performing classic tunes, attendees are invited to rock up in their finest to compete for the best-dressed awards.

Let the good times roll

“Having grown up in Liverpool, having been a member of the Cavern Club and having had a drink with John Lennon, this event was right up my street,” Aveo Peregian Springs resident Mary White says.

“The music brought back so many memories of such a special time in our lives – music that you just have to dance to. We certainly rocked the afternoon away!”

The tour runs through until February 25. Find out more here.
