hayylo is an app for people receiving aged care services or disability support that simplifies a person’s care by integrating their health information and care schedule into the one app.
Now, a home care user – and their family – can use the platform to access all the information they need in one place, as well as being able to check what services are on the horizon, request service changes, ask questions or give carer feedback.
For example, a client can simply select their carer on the app and immediately see options to perform multiple tasks – organise a call, cancel a visit or request a certain service – all in one easy-to-read screen.
And it’s working – the app has been so successful, it was recently named as a finalist in the Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards.
