Benetas seeks new staff as it expands into regional Victoria
Not For Profit aged care provider Benetas is looking for more staff and volunteers as it picks up home care services from local councils across Victoria’s Gippsland and Rural North West.
As of this month, Benetas has taken over Commonwealth Home Support Packages (CHSPs) from Latrobe, Baw Baw and Hepburn Shires, which pulled out due to upcoming changes in the Federal Government’s new Support at Home Program.
The provider is opening up new offices in Daylesford, Traralgon and Warragul, and CEO Sandra Hills OAM says it is looking for team members who can uphold the trust placed in it by its clients.
“This trust is due in part to the way we interact with our customers. We respect and value differences in nationality, race, culture, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, social background, disability, family or marital status, age and political opinion.
“Key to our success is employing caring and passionate team members, and recognising that what they do matters. They in turn provide quality services to our customers,” she said.
