The Not For Profit provider is planning to demolish and renovate its Roselin Court facility at Joslin in Adelaide.
The new facility will be home to 96 aged care beds, 30 independent living units and 14 serviced apartments and a community area.
It will also provide dementia-specific care using technology developed through its relationship with the Dementia Services Development Centre at Stirling University in the UK.
Life Care are on a winning streak when it comes to new developments. They have recently joined with Pedare Christian College to build a new village with 78 independent living units and an 80-bed aged care home.
The village will also have 24 serviced apartments and is awaiting approval from Tea Tree Gully Council.
They also have another $50 million village approved and a $35 million project ready to go.
