Mark Moran Group opens doors to Australia’s first 6-star retirement and aged care precinct

The exclusive development in Sydney’s Vaucluse was officially opened on the site of the old Vaucluse High School and is 60% sold out.
Finished six weeks ahead of the construction schedule, the site has 176 retirement and aged care units and 14 dementia units and took just 85 weeks to build due to the large number of workers and man hours logged during the build.
The three buildings also include a 1500sqm rooftop garden, indoor cinema, swimming pool and rehabilitation centre, luxury spa and gym, plus a bar, restaurant and providore.
Prices ranging from $850,000 up to $2.5M to $4M, and have been increasing since the units were first put on the market. Originally the penthouses ere listed for just $3M. The price for the un-sold penthouse still remains undisclosed.
