New aged care home opens in outer western Melbourne

Aged care provider Homestyle has opened up a new residential aged care home at Tarneit, in Melbourne’s growing outer west.
Dubbed Sunset Views Manor, the 120-bed home comprises seven small houses with up to 18 residents each, one of which is set aside specifically for those living with dementia.
Amenities including a physiotherapy and occupational therapy gym run by Concentric Healthcare Services, which is open to the public, as well as wi-fi, Foxtel, a complimentary café, a library, and a hair and beauty salon.
Homestyle CEO Tim Humphries was there to cut the ribbon on Sunset Views, saying it was a great addition to the local community.
“This is the first and only Aged Care home based in Tarneit, in Melbourne’s booming outer Western Suburbs.
