A new identity for Fresh Hope
NSW-based Not For Profit aged care provider Fresh Hope Care has rebranded to Fresh Hope Communities.
The rebranding – which will be rolled out over the next six to 12 months – will emphasise Fresh Hope’s focus on building communities.
In an email to customers and their families and caregivers, CEO Dan Dwyer said the new brand would bring a more unified identity to the provider, which is known by a number of names including Fresh Hope Care, Churches of Christ Community Care, Fresh Hope, and Fresh Hope Venues.
“Churches of Christ Community Care was established by Churches of Christ in NSW over 80 years ago, and over that time, the organisation has grown in both size and the services it provides to the communities in which it operates.
Fresh Hope sites will keep their individual names – such as Coffs Haven and Alexander Campbell House – with the addition of “Proudly by Fresh Hope Communities” branding.
