We are an Approved Provider of Home Care Packages and our team of local Sunshine Coast Nurses, Carers and Case Managers dedicated to help you stay at home by providing you with government funding to access services and equipment.  Kerryn Palmer is the Director and a Registered Nurse that is passionate about keeping older Australians living at home by providing choice and control over the life you want to live.

Once you have been approved for a Home Care Package then our qualified Care Managers can step you through the process of applying for case services and design an individualised care plan.


We provide choice and flexibility in the way your care and support is provided. 


We believe communication and connection is so important when living at home, so much so that we commit to weekly phone calls to all our consumers to check on their well-being and for them to stay connected.
