Set in a peaceful, leafy area, it accommodates 170 residents, each with a private room and ensuite. There are 12 wings providing residents with easy access to common spaces and a dedicated care team nearby.

Brian King Gardens is located within Anglicare’s extensive Castle Hill village precinct.  Set in a peaceful, leafy area, Brian King Gardens is home to a community of 204 residents.  The large Castle Hill site features numerous facilities for residents to enjoy, including landscaped gardens, walking paths, and an accessible café. 

Person-centred care is at the forefront of this home’s design, with private ensuite bathrooms and care within dedicated groups.  Each resident’s spacious room is designed to create a home-like environment. Brian King Gardens also includes respite and palliative care.

Brian King Gardens has a dedicated lifestyle team to provide regular activities for residents. This team also facilitates our Rhythm of Life® program, giving residents a choice in how they spend their day from meals to activities, outings and more.

Unique test can predict if you have dementia up to nine years earlier

An international research team led by Queen Mary University of London, UK, has developed a new method for predicting dementia with an over 80 per cent accuracy and up to nine years before diagnosis. The new method provides a more accurate way to predict dementia than memory tests or measurements of brain shrinkage, two commonly used methods for diagnosing dementia.
