About

TLC Aged Care - Warralily Gardens

Located on the doorstep of the beautiful Surf Coast, Warralily Gardens sets a new standard for residential aged care. Central to the vibrant local community, Warralily Gardens offers the most extensive range of aged care facilities and services in the Geelong region including an on-site medical centre, hydrotherapy pool, gymnasium, beauty salon, virtual reality cinema, café and more.

The design and decor of Warralily Gardens reflects its coastal location and the beauty of the local region. This welcoming aged care home is specifically designed to promote a sense of openness, inclusion and living at one with nature. The use of natural materials combined with the warmth of fireplaces gives Warralily Gardens the feel of a coastal resort. Natural light floods into the living and dining areas from the floor to ceiling windows, allowing residents living with limited mobility the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors from the internal environment.

Our rooms feature large bay windows that fill the space with warm natural light. The height adjustable king-single beds are the centrepiece of the rooms. Opposite the beds are built-in wardrobes and desks with wall-mounted televisions, perfect for watching the latest programs from the in-room Foxtel service. Each room also has an adjoining ensuite, equipped with the latest features to ensure accessibility. For extra peace of mind, Warralily Gardens is secured by a state-of-the-art security system, and all common areas are monitored by CCTV.

At Warralily Gardens, we take pride in offering our residents a lifestyle that is supportive of their care requirements, whilst promoting independence and dignity. Our care team includes on-site general practitioners, registered nurses on duty 24-hours a day, physiotherapists, dietitians, podiatrists, personal carers and wellbeing coordinators. In conjunction with you, our professional team will develop a care plan specifically tailored to your needs and personal preferences.

We actively encourage our residents to participate in our TLC Wellbeing program of social activities and outings that are designed to keep you actively engaged in your local community. If you have hobbies or interests that you would like to pursue, our team will support you to continue with those activities at your new home.

In our specially designed memory support environment, our highly trained team applies an innovative approach to meeting the needs of people living with dementia. Warralily Gardens also offers respite care as an alternative to full-time residential care.

Our Resident Liaison is available on 0437 695 587 to discuss your individual needs and to provide you with a tour of our home.
