FRASER SHORES RETIREMENT VILLAGES GROW ON SUCCESS, KNOWLEDGE AND VISION CREATING A FRIENDLY COMMUNITY

Fraser Shores Retirement Villages, located on Nissen Street Pialba, are privately owned and operated by the well-established Torrisi family. They have been offering a caring, friendly and hands-on approach to retirement village management for over 28 years, and understand that quality should always come first. That is why we offer over 30 designs in luxury brick and tile construction, and a retirement experience that has been described as Australia’s leading lifestyle.

After the success of Sugarland Gardens Retirement Village in Bundaberg, they saw the need in Hervey Bay for a unique and modern retirement village; Fraser Shores Retirement Village was developed and is now a well-established community set amid luxurious gardens and first class amenities.

Fraser Shores offers residents a choice of modern architecturally designed homes ranging from 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms that present quality and value for money.  Our homes and designs have been awarded winners of several HIA Top Homes of The Year Awards in Queensland.

All homes have non slip front and rear patios, large modern kitchens, built in robes, spacious bedrooms and living areas, security screens to all doors and windows, large shower access and for those who may require emergency assistance a 24 hour on call emergency system that is monitored on site. A prospective resident may vary the fittings to suit their individual tastes and character. Our standard inclusions are very comprehensive and represent excellent value for money.

CATERING FOR THE NEEDS OF OUR RETIRING POPULATION

Placed in an ideal location, Fraser Shores adjoins the new Medical Precinct offering a vast range of health and medical specialists: St Stephens Private hospital and the Hervey Bay Base Hospital, a convenient shopping centre including Dentist, Doctors and Pharmacy, with other speciality shops. Subject to final building design, Fraser Shores 2 will have a Nursing Home adjoining the Village offering high and low care beds.

Fraser Shores villages are within walking distance to beaches, major shopping, transit terminal, city centre and sporting facilities. Courtesy buses are also available from the R.S.L. and Hervey Bay Boat Club.

With prior approval, well behaved pets are always welcome, as we realise that they are a precious family member.  Fraser Shores has been planned to ensure that residents continue their independent living while enjoying the security of village life.

You will make many new friends at Fraser Shores as there are plenty of like-minded people and a well organised residents committee, so social activities are always on the agenda. You and your new companions will be set to make full use of all the amenities.

We look forward to welcoming you to inspect our thriving Retirement Villages and discover our unique lifestyle. For further information you can call us on toll free 1800 679 266 and arrange an inspection of our beautiful homes, or visit www.frasershores.com.au
